1. Scope & Rules

1.1 WholesaleNutra AG, owner of www.wholesalenutra.com, grants you a limited, non-commercial right to view site content for personal use only, respecting all copyrights and notices.

1.2 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the e-commerce platform at www.wholesalenutra.com and its subdomains. Placing an order signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – WholesaleNutra AG or its authorized partners.
  • Customer – any individual or entity using the Site (browsing, ordering, purchasing, returning goods).
  • Site – the platform at www.wholesalenutra.com and subdomains.
  • Account – your registered profile (email + password) enabling order submission.
  • Order – electronic instruction from Customer to Seller to purchase Goods and/or Services.
  • Goods & Services – items offered for sale on the Site.
  • Contract – distance contract between Seller and Customer, incorporating these Terms.
  • Content – all information on the Site, including product data, pricing, partner details.
  • Newsletter – periodic email updates about new products, promotions, and news.
  • Refund – reimbursement by bank transfer upon contract cancellation or return.

4. Ordering

4.1 To place an Order you must provide:

  • Valid email address
  • Accurate shipping address
  • Complete contact details (full name and phone number)

4.2 You warrant that all Order information is correct and complete at submission.

4.3 Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An Order is only placed when you click “Buy” and confirm the checkout.

4.4 By submitting an Order you consent to Seller contacting you regarding your purchase.

4.5 You may cancel your Contract within 14 days for a full refund via bank transfer.

4.6 Seller may delay a refund until returned Goods are received in acceptable condition.

4.7 Only end-customers may return Goods in original condition with packaging and labels intact.

4.8 Cancellation requests must include your Order number, registered name, email, and phone.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment methods (single or combined):

  • Cash on Delivery – pay courier in cash upon receipt.
  • Bank Transfer – details shown at checkout and via confirmation email.
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard) – secure online payment.
  • PayPal – digital wallet service.

5.2 Prices are fixed at the time of Order placement and may change thereafter.

6. Shipping

6.1 We ship accepted Orders via courier and notify you by email once dispatched.

6.2 Shipping fees and options are detailed on our “Shipping & Payment” page.

6.3 Failure to accept delivery or provide access releases Seller from delivery obligation.

7. Warranty

7.1 All Goods carry a conformity warranty under applicable Swiss law and manufacturer policies.

7.2 Partner-supplied Goods include their own warranty certificates. Notify Seller within 48 hours if missing.

8. Cancellation & Returns

8.1 You may return or claim Goods within 14 days of receipt.

8.2 Returned Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

8.3 Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to Seller error.

8.4 Submit return requests via our contact form; refunds issued within 14 days of receipt.

9. Liability

9.1 Seller is liable for defects and refunds under Swiss distance-selling law.

9.2 Seller is not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Site.

10. General Provisions

  • 10.1 Goods are sold while stocks last.
  • 10.2 Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • 10.3 Seller may amend Terms at any time by publishing updates on the Site.
  • 10.4 Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
  • 10.5 Seller may restrict Site access for rule violations.
